Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
Available for all orders: COD is applicable to all orders without any additional charges.
Payment upon delivery: Customers are required to make full payment in cash to the delivery personnel upon receiving their order.
Ensure exact amount: To facilitate a smooth transaction, customers are encouraged to have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as delivery agents may have limited change.
Receipt issuance: The delivery agent will provide a payment receipt as proof of purchase.
Online Payment via WhatsApp
Customers can opt for online payment by requesting a secure payment link through WhatsApp.
Payments are processed via a secure payment gateway to ensure a safe transaction.
Customers must complete the payment before order processing and dispatch.
Card Payment via Machine
Customers in the UAE can pay using their credit or debit cards via a POS machine at the time of delivery.
The delivery agent will provide a receipt for the transaction.
Important Payment Terms
Customer presence required: The customer must be available at the designated delivery address to complete the payment and receive the order. If the customer is unavailable, they must arrange for someone to make the payment on their behalf.
Non-acceptance of other payment methods: Currently, we do not accept bank transfers or digital wallets. All transactions are processed through COD, WhatsApp online payment, or card payment via machine in the UAE.
Order refusal policy: Customers who refuse to accept and pay for their order at the time of delivery may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
Security & Fraud Prevention
To ensure a secure shopping experience, Levelsneaker reserves the right to verify customer information before processing an order. In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, we may contact the customer for confirmation or cancel the order.
